How to have a successful and low-cost experience with us
After servicing many clients over the years we have learned some things about happy endings. There are things that
you can do to maximize your success with us and keep your costs as low as possible. Here is the magic list:

Be as detailed as possible in your requirements. Take some time to figure out precisely what you want, then
communicate those things to us clearly in an email. If you're not sure what you need, that's okay. We'll talk
you through options and then you can decide.

If you need a PayPal or Authorize.Net module or integration, arrange with your existing web developer to plug
in our module once complete. If we don't have to worry too much about how your existing system works, we can
focus on what we do best and keep your price to a minimum. After we build your module we will work with
your developer to plug it in and get everything working perfectly.

Test thoroughly. After we deliver your module or integration--and it's all plugged in to your current system--you
should test it out as much as possible. Test every scenario you can think of. It's far better to discover
a problem sooner rather than later. We stand behind and support everything we build, so we'll cheerfully fix
any problems that you discover within the first few weeks.
